Big Smiles and Big Cries

All our babies are growing up fast! The twins are almost 3 months old already and they are keeping us on our toes.

Addie is our little and fiesty one. She is still about 1.5 lbs lighter than Micah, but wow, can our girl scream. She lets you know when something is not right and demands that you fix it.

Micah is our mellow Mama's boy. He is never happier than when he's snuggled up with Mama, or just hanging out staring at her. He is giving away smiles for free these days and you can even get a giggle out of him every now and then.

Addie is not able to breastfeed, which we were sad about in the beginning, but now we realize what a blessing that is - it means that I can focus on her needs during the night shift and Mama just needs to take care of Micah.

Toby is two years and eight months - going on 17! He loves school and everyday comes home with some new vocabulary to wow us with. Yesterday it was bubble gum. Although I am not sure he knows what it is yet, since he said he was making bubble gum in the sand pit. Here is a picture of him heading to the park with his buddies, Sam and Joe.

The kids are letting us get more sleep than last month, although we are still dragging; but at least now they have provided us with a really good excuse for not updating our blog more often.

Wow -they are absolutely adorable. I love the little bunny ear outfit on Addie, and Micah looks like he's a charmer. I'm so bummed I didn't get to hold them at Arwen's shower. Over on our side of town, Gabriel is learning to sit up all on his own. He really gets a kick out of it. Hopefully we can all get together again soon.

Hey Lara!

They are beautiful! Can't believe how quickly they're growing up. Toby is a little man! Hope you two are doing well and getting the sleep when you can. Miss talking to you.
