Walkers!

It's official! The twins are walking!

We are still in a state of shock...we are recalling the baby proof as you go method that we adopted with Toby, only now we have two drunken sailors to contend with at once. Addie has never really been an "into everything" baby, the same way Micah is, but now that the girl has found her feet she is the personification of a tornado! If she sees anything on a bookshelf or piece of furniture that is within her reach, she simply must grab it and drag it down onto the ground.

Addie has been practicing her balancing and walking for weeks, with lots of face plants and giggling. Micah wasn't as interested in walking..."Why walk, when I can crawl as fast as this?!" Just this week though he began taking two steps here and two steps there and then got up and walked across the room and out into the hallway before his little legs gave way.
