Belknap or Bust!
My far too generous boss took the company (and their families) to Belknap Springs a few weeks ago. A lovely hotsprings up the McKenzie River. We had the most wonderful weekend! Suzanne as ever was the perfect host, getting all three kids a teddy bear each and leaving them in the house for them when we arrived. It could not have been a more perfect start to the weekend. And all three of them are still sleeping with their bears and playing "Mommy" with them every day.

One of my co-workers came up with the idea of having a progressive dinner. At first I wasn't so sure about it...moving from house to house for each course, but it turned out to be perfect. The kids (ours and my co-workers' little ones) had a great time, and no one minded that they were all running around, because that was the point! T and I were the only ones that spent time in the hot pool, but it reminded us that we needed to get our chilly little ones down to the warm pool here when we got back to town.

We have been trying to head to there once a week or so since then, to get them ready for summer and the outdoor pool. They all love the water, and we can't wait to take out little water babies to the pool this summer!
