OHIO!

Back in June, we headed to visit our friends who live close to Dayton, Ohio. While we had a vacation, they had a staycation. We had big plans to do lots of outings and adventures, but once we got there, reality and jet lag hit, and staying put at our friend's house was more than enough excitement.

Ohio brought lots of new experiences to our little beans. All six kids played so well together. Our friends three are each a year older than ours, so they had a great time teaching our kids new games, and skills. And our three were enthusiastic learners.

Toby learned to roller skate and catch butterflies.
Micah became a motorcycling menace.
Addie was a contented co-pilot, being driven around and around the driveway by Linus.

Our friends were such gracious hosts, and so much fun that none of us wanted to leave. There were lots of tears when we had to say goodbye, and not just from the kids.

I love the pic of the two sets of twins. Please email me a copy of it. We are seriously considering vacationing in Oregon in the summer. Your turn for a staycation. Love you and miss you!!!
